Our Gutter Cleaning Process

Pre-Inspection
Before we begin cleaning, we always inspect your gutters and areas of the roof that we might access. If there are any pre-existing issues that you need to be aware of, we will promptly communicate them with you and provide pictures, if necessary.
Roof Clearing
With your permission to access the roof, the first step of the cleaning process is clearing the roof of any leaves, twigs, pine needles, or other loose debris.

Debris Removal
The next step is removal of all leaves, muck, or debris within the gutters. Debris are either hand scooped into a bucket or cleared using a leaf blower, and properly disposed.
Final Pass
After major debris are removed, we either use water from your outdoor faucet to rinse down the gutters, or use a leaf blower, to clear any remaining dirt and small debris.

Downspout Inspection
We include a complimentary downspout inspection and clear any debris that might be causing clogs. This ensures water will be properly diverted away from your property!
Thorough Cleanup
Before we complete our service, we always clean up any debris that may have fallen from the roof or gutter during our process.
No need to stress, we won’t leave a mess!

Why Get Your Gutters Cleaned?
Gutters are a critical component of your property. When properly functioning, gutters collect rainwater from your roof, carry the water through a downspout and divert it away from the property’s foundation. However, when gutters get clogged, they no longer divert water properly, leaving your property susceptible to multiple costly problems, including:

Fascia Board Damage
Clogged gutters can cause rainwater to soak into your fascia boards, which your gutter are mounted to, leading to rot and potential leaking into your home.
Foundation Damage
Rainwater spilling over your gutters onto the ground below can cause costly damage to your landscaping or property’s foundation.

Critter Problems
When your gutters fill with leaves and debris, water damage isn’t all you have to worry about. You may find yourself with some new housemates! Nobody wants mosquitoes or rodents living on their property!
Broken Gutters
Each gallon of water sitting in your clogged gutters weighs about 8 pounds! All that extra weight of water, muck and debris can permanently bend your gutters or cause them to tear away from the fascia boards.

Poorly maintained gutters can also cause unsightly buildup of muck and debris, affecting your property’s aesthetics and curb appeal.
